Everyone there was so kind. They treated my son (colton w )who was staying there like he was family. And they really watched out for he and his dog. The hotel was beautiful, it was accommodating, and it had a friendly safe atmosphere.

The staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub were the best part. The days we went the temp was in the negatives and the pool had to be about 95 degrees and the hot tub had to be about 104 degrees. This hotel has by far the best indoor pool/hot tub.

The room smelled like smoke. It needs to be painted. The bathroom had water damage, cracked floor tiles and a stained bathtub. The TV only had one working channel.

Loved the *staff* !! The pool was great. Conventionally located for two red rocks concerts and Golden. Breakfast was good each day.
